Terms of service

The agreement between you and braincell labs. Last updated 1 January 2026.

These terms govern your use of braincell.sh. By using the service you agree to follow them. Don't use braincell to harm others, generate illegal content, or violate third-party rights.

1. Service

braincell provides AI-assisted application development, sandboxes, deployments, and a public community gallery. Availability is best-effort. We publish status and incident history at status.braincell.sh.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Don't share an account across teams; use organisation seats. We may suspend accounts implicated in abuse, fraud, or platform-scale automation we did not authorise.

3. Billing

Paid plans renew automatically. Cancel any time from account settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of a charge. Credit packs are non-refundable but never expire.

4. Content ownership

You own the code generated from your prompts and any project you build. We retain rights to the braincell platform itself, including the agent system, UI, and brand assets.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use braincell to:

  • Generate or distribute illegal content, CSAM, or material that incites violence.
  • Build phishing kits, credential harvesters, or malware.
  • Circumvent provider rate limits via the Universal Key.
  • Resell raw model inference without value-added product or service on top.

6. Subprocessors and your customers

If you deploy a braincell-built app to your end users, you are the controller. We are a processor for the data you store via our infrastructure. A DPA is available at legal@braincell.sh.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is capped at fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

Material changes get a 30-day notice via email and an in-product banner. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes go to Amsterdam courts.
